Deathwatch Veteran (Shadow Wolves chapter)

The Shadow Wolves were a Codex Astartes-compliant, Loyalist Space Marine Chapter derived from the Imperial Fists' gene-seed. 

Created during an unknown Founding, these Scions of Dorn were known to be a zealous and faithful Chapter by reputation, fighting for the honour of the Emperor of Mankind for thousands of Terran years.

The Shadow Wolves met their ultimate fate at the hands of a Tyranid splinter fleet in 987.M41 when their homeworld of Varadon was overrun by the xenos swarms.

Deathwatch Veteran (Crimson Talons chapter)

The Crimson Talons are a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter of unknown origin and Founding. 

Virtually nothing is currently known about this obscure Chapter within official Imperial records.

Deathwatch Veteran (Hawk Lords chapter)

The Hawk Lords are a Codex Astartes-compliant Loyalist Chapter of Space Marines and a Successor Chapter of the vaunted Ultramarines raised during an unknown Founding, though many suspect that they are a Second Founding Successor Chapter, raised from the existing veteran pilot formations of the Ultramarines 21st Chapter, who were known as "The Hawks". 

The Hawk Lords' Chapter homeworld is the planet called Preyspire. At present, contact with the Chapter's 7th Company has been lost not many light years from Preyspire due to a hostile engagement with unknown xenos forces.

The Hawk Lords Chapter heavily favours the use of their various gunships, and so are unsurprisingly the undisputed masters of aerial combat amongst the Adeptus Astartes. It is not unknown for pilots from other Chapters to hone their piloting skills while on secondment to a Hawk Lords Talon Wing.

Deathwatch Veteran (Raptors chapter)

The Raptors are a Successor Chapter of the Raven Guard, created in the Second Founding.

The Chapter as a whole expresses a great skill at marksmanship, even by Astartes standards. It is uncertain if this is innate in the gene-seed or a result of superb training.

The Raptors are quite deliberately vague in any discussions of their homeworld, a world named Numina, Ra or Badwater somewhere in the Sutter Spiral Nebula of the Segmentum Solar.

"Courage and Honour!"

The Ultramarines were originally the XIIIth Space Marine Legion before the reforms that initiated the Second Founding and reshape the Imperium after the Horus Heresy on the orders of their Primarch, Roboute Guilliman himself.

Macragge is the homeworld of the Ultramarines Chapter of the Space Marines, and the capital world of the stellar realm of Ultramar. In this, it is unique among all the worlds of the Imperium, in that, apart from Terra and Mars themselves, it is the only planet allowed dominion over other planets - in its case, the eight other worlds of Ultramar.

At the time of the Great Crusade, it was customary for Ultramarines marked out for censure to bear red markings on their helmets. During the Battle of Calth, Guilliman ordered that red markings would be badges of honour, instead of censure.

Immediately after the Battle of Calth, it became customary for Sergeants of the Ultramarines, to paint their helmets red to signify their rank.

The Space Wolves, known in their own dialect as the Vlka Fenryka or "Wolves of Fenris", are one of the original 20 First Founding Space Marine Legions, and were once led by their famed Primarch, Leman Russ. 

The Space Wolves are notorious throughout the Imperium for their ferocity in battle and they are generally considered the greatest warriors of the loyalist Astartes Chapters.

The Space Wolves homeworld is Fenris, a death world that lies in the galactic north of Segmentum Solar. It is a relentless world of fire and ice, ravaged by the extremes of climate all year round. For the majority of its year the planet is blanketed by an extreme winter.

"Victorus aut Mortis"

The Raven Guard is one of the original First Founding Chapters of the Space Marines and was originally the XIXth Space Marine Legion before the Second Founding. Their Primarch is Corvus Corax.

The Raven Guard homeworld is Deliverance, once known as Lycaeus, a moon which their Fortress Monastery "Raven Spire" is built on.

The Raven Guard specialise in guerrilla warfare, moving behind enemy lines with unrivalled stealth, and striking with precise application of force.
